Today's visit was really good, they have really cleaned up the store and organized the displays. In the past it wasn’t bad but in comparison it really looks great now.

I visited the Goodwill on Iron Springs Road in Prescott, AZ, and had a very positive experience. The store was well-stocked with a great selection of items, and there were plenty of employees available to assist customers. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

I won't even complain about the prices here because it just become expected from goodwill. But the mens restroom at this location is absolutely disgusting. It needs some serious attention.

Goodwill, what happened to YOUR goodwill? An artificial, used Christmas tree - lowest cost for the smallest tree was $69.99. Are you kidding me? "Goodwill?" Yeah, right.

Literally con artists here. Sold my daughter a mirror for $25 but it wouldn’t fit in the car. So she was told they would hold it. Came back the very next morning and the manager is now saying it was actually supposed to be $60 and so she can’t have it. She already paid for it, so it’s literally hers….? But they won’t release the item. Tried to call corporate, they don’t care either. What? Sorry you priced your item wrong but it’s already bought and paid for you can’t just decide you want more money and hold an item hostage.
