APRIL IS DOING AN AMAZING JOB. She was knowledgable, helpful, and kind. When I came in to check out the jewlery behind the glass case she was working the register and the line kept forming. I didn't know when would be a good time to get her attention but she managed to do both (work the register and turn around to help me) at the same time. All while keeping a smile and engaging with customers. Rarely ever see such top quality customer service now a days, so I had to take the time to shout her out.

I am a frequent shopper at the Goodwill Moreno Valley, and one of your workers is very very nice and very helpful. Her name is April. I love that every time we shop there April always very helpful she treats all her customers very nice. Makes us always wanna go back because of the good customer service that she gives.

This location is clean and packed with stuff. We found good clothes items, movies, and shoes. The manager here is very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back to this one.

I believe in truly good people with customers service like April but there will one person Shirley manager not having the ability a to help or guide a customer instead I get avoided and ignored when asking questions about some merchandise not being priced she said she is on her break she can’t help me and when I ask her who can she ignored me and walk away she looked at me and turn her head and keep walking away as She was just sipping her drink she could have said I help u when I come back from my break or I will get someone who can help u there is always People in the back who can help customers this happen on 2/16/2016 around 4pm / 6pm this is my first experience annoying customer bad service manager (Shirley ) they said her name is, can her manger above her show her how respect senior citizens and not be ignore or speech rudeness with attitude , she was loud and customers saw everything she should be embarrassed by being rude and not having a good conversation with customers and I Believe that’s managers should go back to Training and read books or some Classes how to treat elderly customers if I could get more people to help them they will be a good thing now I would like to thank April for understanding and helping me take my stuff to my car and A great listener great customer service I did speak with another manager she was kind and I told her what happen she was a good listener too no bad attitude friendly like April. I would to keep shopping there since I’ve been down many years it’s my hobby keeps me At peace finding Great items. Thanks for taking the time,
