Lots of vintge decor and dishes

Large well organised store. Interestingly, the prices are lower here than other GWs in the area, compared to Palo Alto and Santa Clara. Parking is plentiful and accessible. Dressing rooms available. I was looking for a work backpack, lots of kid backpack options and over the shoulder bags when I was there. Again I was surprised by the volume and variety of new items, lots of electronics chargers and cables, sundry items, and selection of bras.

This was a decent Goodwill with some decent items. Also found a lodge pot with lid, excellent quality. Drop-off Station in the back, there's also a moderate amount of parking. It's well organized in store.

Do not donate/shop at this store. It's grossly mismanaged and there are better, more worthy organizations to take your business.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. The manager, who identified himself as such, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff members were socializing loudly about personal topics instead of assisting customers, and he was yelling across the store rather than addressing customers respectfully. The overall atmosphere felt inattentive and unwelcoming. This was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Goodwill, and I hope management takes steps to improve customer service at this location.
