Decided to visit the Goodwill 4 the 1st time in our neighborhood to see what's good Deals they had and I found a large selection of cell phone cases! The tag on it was for $30 but I paid less than $4.00! Great price for an LG case. there were many cCricket" cell phone cases in different colors, styles and varieties to choose from Quite a variety of new items and lots to see but I just went in to look for the cell phone cases. I asked the cashier her name and she told me her name was Isabel P. Isabel P., th young lady was kind and helpful along with her baby bellee.... thank you for great customer service, being kind and helpful along with the girl that showed me cell phone cases in the glass case.
I’m not the type of customer to complain/ argue about the price for a service or product but the cashier just decided not to give me my .90 cents. The cents were not even donated.
The manager here is very bad here, I was going to buy a bag but he suddenly hold the item and told me that they won't sell it because the tag is wrong but while there is a tag on the bag, very bad, very bad situation. you know the bag is beautiful and has a good brand name but they refuse to sell it. you saw a beautiful item that even though there is a tag but they still want to change the tag. If it's a vintage or good item they don't sell it. They are very bad, other people donated it but they are the ones who benefit. There is some bullshit going on in this store.
They don’t answer the phone and the cashiers are rude. Also the lady made me stay in a long line when all I was trying to do is look at the glasses that were on the side. There was a long line with people that had carts full of stuff. So I waited in the long line only to find out they only have reading glasses and sunglasses. Waste of my time. I could’ve just looked on my own on the side for a minute or two. Horrible customer service. I ended up buying a long sleeve and another cashier rung me up didn’t say a word to me just told me my total.
