Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
My favorite goodwill of all time! I don’t know the queens donating to this place, but it’s heavenly. I never walk out empty handed.
Staff is always very helpful here, especially on the drop off end. So glad for Goodwill's work hiring practices for the disabled.
Rude staff. Especially the older woman ringing up people. Making their own prices when you get to the register. Asked to speak to a manager, and was given an attitude and had the price jacked up more. Buyers beware
I was at the register and just paid but noticed one of the shirts I bought had a hole in the fabric that I missed ,I asked of I could just exchange it for another shirt and the manager said no!!! All final ?why was this on the floor to begin with ? They said they send it to Hackensack for the dollar bin ! I could see if I left but I was right there ! Terrible customer service! Unbelievable Font shop here ! Everything is overpriced,I would buy do much more but the prices are ridiculous for used clothes ! Bad customer service !!!!!!!!
If you intend to come for their physical media section (DVDs, CDs, VHS, books, etc), don't even bother. This is one of the worst selections I've ever seen in any thrift store ever. It's painfully obvious now that a lot of it just goes to their online sites to sell at exorbitant prices. One of the shelves was completely empty and there was maybe 15 DVDs and 15 CDs total across all 4 shelves. Seeing this spot and the Goodwill Outlet in Hackensack not carry physical media like they used to sucks.
