Goodwill has a large variety of everything. I love getting my points. I had a balance of $114, but after my points, I spent $86. I love Goodwill! The Staff are Awesome too!
Dear Goodwill, I had such a great experience with your employee Jo. She was so nice, friendly, and had a big smile. Thank you for the amazing customer service! Be back again soon!
Ok so I’ve come here multiple times A week and now all the sudden I’m not allowed to have my bag with me as I walk around. An employee came up and grabbed my handle of my. Backpack and told me to leave it at the register. So I’m just supposed to trust goodwill employees to not steal my things out of my bag? I’m supposed to leave my expensive items with them? Because I might Steal a $50 pair of used cowboy boots with foot ulcer blood stains? Might steal a handful of cables from defunct electronics? If this is going to be a policy let everyone enforce it. Tell your staff to grow a spine and tell people the policy lol
I’ve been going to This Goodwill for years there’s this manager that was on duty. This white lady her name was Keira. There was something that wasn’t tagged. Literally it was $.99 hooks for a Christmas ornaments. This other African-American older man helped me and he gave it to me and then she told me that just because he did he can get fired and just disclosing personal information that was very unprofessional that she cannot sell the item cause it’s not tagged never going back again. You need to get better people than this. This is horrible and I really felt bad for that man cause all he did was help Customer. Also, she shouldn’t be publicizing companies policy because she says that he could literally get fired just cause it didn’t have a tag and he gave it to me just because he went above and beyond anyway he’s never going back again. This Goodwill is trash after that lady.
Went in yesterday at 12pm 10/11/25 and found the perfect mirror I needed for my wedding but was missing a tag. I was told they place it on hold for 24hrs before pricing even though it was on the shelf. I went to someone else and they said the same thing and I understood so they took it to the back for me and told me to come back tomorrow. I come back the next morning the minute they opened for them to hand it to me with the glass broken! They do not care for the items handed to them I was very disappointed!
