I visited Ms Victoria and she was very professional and helpful as always.
I went here for the program. Failed to mention to me that you need experience in the work field to do the program. I waited 3 months and 6 days for this opportunity just to be told this when i could've been informed at any time before this. Not even in the flyer! And then Ms.Daniel Buck took it upon herself to tell me my marriage was a mistake. Mind you my personal life . My personal choices . My in laws nor did my family appreciated that. This statement stemmed through asking 1 question about the program. And then asked me “so what was your question” after telling me multiple times my marriage was mistake in front of many others. I also asked Ms.Buck multiple questions which comes to turn out were false , verified through Ms. Ana Perez. Disappointed.
I have been waiting for months to be able to start cna classes, did everything asked of me for almost a year. Completed everything and was told today that I would not be moving forward with the program after I was given my certificate in August, first the issues was my career coaches kept with getting fired/ quitting ect I went through at least the 3/4 of them, then t was because of a vaccination that they said was required at last minute did that, now that I'm supposed to start the class on January 6. Now I'm being told that I can't move forward with the program because I enrolled in on line classes at university of Phoenix. Now I wast never once informed thate enrolling in college would negatively effect my cna process, was even asked for my glass schedule and credits so why would I think there was a problem?. This is a total set back because I had a job lined up for me, but I have to be certified to be employed at this business andthey've been more than patient enough to wait on me to get the certification that should have been done in Oct of 2024.
Formal Complaint – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Conduct at 250 Pilot Road Today I visited the Goodwill building at 250 Pilot Road to conduct business with one of the tenants inside the property. After completing my transaction, I needed to use the restroom. I approached a Goodwill employee inside what appeared to be the corporate office area. The individual identified as Cesar. I politely asked for the restroom access code. Instead of assisting me, he began questioning me in an aggressive and interrogative manner, repeatedly asking whether I worked there. I clearly explained that I was a customer patronizing a business inside the building and simply needed restroom access. Despite this, he continued to question me rather than provide assistance. His tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt singled out and discriminated against by the way I was treated. No customer should be interrogated for requesting access to a basic necessity such as a restroom while conducting legitimate business inside the building. This conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your organization. I am formally requesting that upper management review this incident immediately and take appropriate corrective action. If this matter is not addressed properly, I will escalate this complaint further through the appropriate channels. I expect a response regarding how this situation will be handled. This type of treatment toward customers should not occur in a professional business environment.
I find it ridiculous that I wanted to buy 10 identical wine glasses each had identical price. However, once getting to the register, one didn’t have a price tag on it. I was told I couldn’t buy it even though the other nine were exactly the same. I could not buy it because it was missing a sticker. I asked to talk to the manager, when she finally came to the register, she was rude and dismissive. This was on Tropicana and Pecos Store. I have been going to that neighborhood Goodwill for 30 years & was never treated like that before.
