The person now working over the media and book sections is fantastic! They were recommending movies while I was shopping and letting me look at the ones they were putting out on the floor (12/4/25). Whatever their ideas are with those sections, I'd listen to them, because it made shopping at your store a lot better than it has been.

The pricing here has become really out of control and that’s so disappointing. I was recently looking for small bud vases, like the ones that are included with a small grocery arrangement and they were all crusty and cloudy and priced $4 and up. Why? There also several things I noticed that still had original tags and pricing where the Savers price was the same or higher than new. See example $3.99 for one stocking when new they were 2/$3

It’s not fun. They have stuff here marked up for ridiculous prices. Not as bad as the Savers in Midvale but pretty close. The people that shop here are rude, inconsiderate and miserable. Holding the doors for people and smiling gets you a stank face response and people pretending you don’t exist. It’s just this area I guess. The employees are more friendly and they seem like they don’t wanna be there. The place is pretty clean though. It seems well organized so I’ll give them that. The markup of used, dirty and broken items is absolutely insane though. All in all don’t like coming here and don’t really plan on coming back unless I’m bored. Honestly who ever runs the prices needs to realize these items are used and you get them for free. Even if the money goes to a good cause, you’re not gonna sell them by jacking the prices up. It’s not thrifting when you’re still getting ripped off.

Employees are kind and there is a lot of stuff but it is very very expensive! Hardcover books $5 each, other books (including paperback) $3.99 which is crazy! Most clothes are at least $8-10 if not more. Sadly, I will not be going back here because it is just so so pricy! It’s cheaper to shop at Ross and buy new than buy used things here!

These prices are out of control. Why do they think anyone would pay $10+ for a pair of used jeans ? Self check out. No bags unless you pay for them. Terrible business model. The store is clean and organized. The employees work hard .. the prices are not their fault. However … don’t bother going in. Seriously .. who is pricing this stuff ?!?
